PHPPHP 使用非对称加密算法(ENCORESA)

** 解释 **

非对称加密算法须求八个密钥:公开密钥(publickey)和民用密钥(privatekey)。
PHP,公开密钥与民用密钥是部分,假若用公开密钥对数据开展加密,唯有用相应的私家密钥才能解密;
要是用个人密钥对数码进行加密,那么唯有用相应的公开密钥才能解密。
因为加密和平解决密使用的是八个不等的密钥,所以那种算法叫作非对称加密算法。

PHP 为客户端(Android,Ios)编写API,对数码开展解密。
